Qiang Liu:Dr. Qiang Liu is the Co-chair and Secretary-General of Global Forum on Energy Security based at Beijing China，and the Director of Energy Economics Division of Institute of Quantitative ＆ Technical Economics at Chinese Academy of Social Sciences since 2014. Global Forum on Energy Security is an annual conference co-organized by Institute of Quantitative and Technical Economics（IQTE），The Institute for the Analysis of Global Security（IAGS）and The United States Energy Security Council（USESC），which is a platform to promote research and academic exchange on energy security among think tanks，to spread the idea of sustainable development，and to facilitate global collaboration on energy security. The Institute of Quantitative and Technical Economics（IQTE）at CASS is responsible for the running of GFES.
