旅游吸引力是旅游目的地旅游业发展的根基。为了协助太平洋岛国深度挖掘自身旅游业的发展潜力,大力开发国际度假旅游客源市场,促进该地区旅游业的可持续发展,需要从旅游资源吸引力、旅游设施接待力、旅游服务力和旅游距离阻力等角度对太平洋岛国地区的整体旅游吸引力进行深入分析和研究,才能找到阻碍其国际旅游业发展的问题所在,进而采取相关措施加以解决。本文通过旅游吸引力模型分析发现太平洋岛国旅游资源吸引力较好,但是旅游接待力严重不足,加上因旅游距离导致的旅游阻力较大,所以整体旅游吸引力较弱。针对这些问题,可采取的措施主要包括:开展区域旅游合作、联合开发以增强旅游资源组合吸引力,加大资金投入提升旅游设施接待能力,建立健全旅游教育和培训体系以提升旅游服务能力,采用包机包船、旅游宣传、友好交流和便利签证等措施降低旅游距离阻力,从而增强该地区对国际游客的旅游吸引力。
Tourism attractiveness is the foundation of tourism development for tourism destination. In order to help Pacific island countries excavate their own tourism development potential,develop the international holiday tourist market and promote the sustainable development of tourism in the region,It is necessary to make an in-depth analysis and study on the overall tourism attractiveness of the Pacific island countries from the perspectives of attractiveness of tourism resources,reception capacity of tourism facilities,tourism service capacity and tourism distance resistance. Then the problems of international tourism will be found out and solved by relevant measures. Through the analysis of tourism attractiveness model,there is a reasonable conclusion:the tourism resources attractiveness in Pacific island countries is very good,but the reception capacity of tourism facilities is seriously inadequate,coupled with the tourism resistance caused by the distance,so the tourism attractiveness is weak. In view of these problems,the main measures that can be taken include four aspects:to strengthen the attraction of tourism resources combination through regional joint tourism development cooperation;to enhance the reception capacity of tourism facilities through increasing capital investment;to enhance tourism service ability through establishing and improving tourism education and training system;to reduce tourism resistance through charter flights and package ship tourism publicity,friendly exchanges and facilitating visas;so as to enhance the region’s tourism attractiveness to International tourists.
