本文通过对印度智库与学界的研究，对中国“一带一路”倡议的内涵、意图和潜力以及对印度的影响进行了观察、回应。不少印度学者认为，“一带一路”是中国经济发展新阶段的需要，是中国意在扩大周边影响力的举措，亦是中国为了应对来自美国的“亚太再平衡”战略而产生的，是一项高瞻远瞩的伟大构想。印度可以利用“一带一路”与中国合作。本文基于此提出应该加强中印两国的对话与交流，拓宽两国的合作渠道，而印度学界也应深入反思其对中国“一带一路”倡议的态度。
Based on the studies of the Indian academies and think-tanks，the article finds that Indian perceptions of the intention，purpose，potential impacts of China's The Belt and Road Initiative（BRI）and the influences on India have undergone observation，wait-and-see，research and response.Many researchers in India think BRI is China's huge strategy and has reflected a new stage of China's economic development.It is also a strategic measure for China to build its surrounding influence and has dented the US rebalance to Asia-Pacific strategy as well.India could build cooperative ties with China through BRI.The author thinks China should strengthen dialogues and communications with India and broaden the channels of cooperation，while India should deeply rethink China's The Belt and Road Initiative.
