Most ASEAN countries are marine countries with a long coastline，vast sea area and abundant marine resources，so they enjoy many advantages in developing marine economy. In recent years，the marine economy of ASEAN countries has developed rapidly and many countries already formulated and implemented their own strategies in promoting marine economy development. This article attempts to analyze the ASEAN countries’marine economy strategies and policies comprehensively.
