产业绿色转型是指一个国家或地区通过结构调整、布局优化、环境治理等途径，在产业持续发展的同时将对资源环境的不利影响降到最低的过程。改革开放后，上海通过产业结构战略性调整、产业布局优化、工业集中区与环境综合整治、工业节能减排等路径，持续地、分阶段推进产业绿色转型。上海的产业绿色转型既符合全球城市产业发展与产业转型的趋势，又探索出了符合自身市情的转型发展道路。经过40年的调整和治理，上海产业绿色转型取得了显著的效果，实现了工业污染物排放与工业发展脱钩，产业节能减排的成效助推城市环境质量改善，产业绿色转型的同时也实现了产业高质量发展。未来应着眼于将产业发展对资源环境的影响降至最低，结合国际产业转型的趋势，以全产业链和全生命周期的思维统领产业绿色转型；探索提升能源效率的新模式；与国际先进制造模式接轨；促进环境技术创新。
Industrial green transformation refers to the process in which a country or region minimizes the adverse impact on resources and environment while the industry continues to develop. After the reform and opening up，Shanghai continued to promote the industrial green transformation through strategic adjustment of industrial structure，optimization of industrial layout，pollution prevention and treat of industrial area，and industrial energy conservation and emission reduction. After 40 years of adjustment and governance，Shanghai’s industrial green transformation has achieved remarkable results，achieving the decoupling of industrial pollutant emissions from industrial development. In the future，we should focus on minimizing the impact of industrial development on resources and environment，guiding the green transformation of industry with systematic thinking，exploring new modes of improving energy efficiency，aligning with international advanced manufacturing models，and promoting environmental technology innovation.
