随着人口老龄化进程的加速，养老护理员队伍建设在养老服务优化过程中发挥着日益重要的作用。本文总结了杨浦区民政局养老护理员队伍建设的主要成绩，分析了当前面临的主要问题与原因，在此基础上提出优化养老护理员队伍建设的对策建议。
With the acceleration of population aging，team development of nursing assistants has been playing a more and more important role in the process of improvement of elderly-care services. This paper analyses the main achievements and problems of team development of nursing assistants in Yangpu District and proposes the countermeasures of improving team development of nursing assistants in Yangpu District.
