本报告以2018年1～8月互联网舆情监测系统数据为依据，分析了2018年陕西民生舆情的基本状况，对少量关注度较高的热点舆情进行深度解读，梳理了民生舆情的基本特征，针对民生舆情的应对及引导方式提出了相关建议。
Based on the public opinion monitoring data from January to August in 2018，this report analyzes the basic situation of people's livelihood in Shaanxi in 2018，and deeply interprets the hot spots with a high degree of attention，and sorts out the basic characteristics of people's livelihood. Relevant suggestions are put forward as well.
