The year 2018 witnessed new developments in Sino-US-Russian relations. The changes in US domestic politics led to an obvious change in US policy toward China. Sino-US relations entered a new stage of strategic competition. Sino-Russian relations developed steadily and continued to expand. Due to domestic political factors and the strategic contradictions between Russia and the United States，US-Russian relations were full of instability and uncertainties，and they are likely to continue to suffer a low tide. If important changes occur in the relations between the big powers，there may be major changes in current world patterns.
