The year of 2018 is a critical year for the construction of Socialism with Chinese characteristics and the completion of moderately prosperous society. Governments of all levels emphasize the importance of keeping education priority strategy and improving education modernization. For 2018，China’s education development and reform has reached a new stage，and all levels of education have made great improvement regrading both education quality and equality. When China has stepped into a new era of Socialism with Chinese characteristics，the education system reform will have more influence on the international scale.
