PPP模式由于其自身的优越性在基础设施领域受到广泛青睐。而在公共文化领域，尤其是演艺领域对该模式的探讨仍非常有限。本报告在明晰PPP概念及特征的基础上，从纽约市文化事务部与33家主要文化机构间建立的PPP模式为切入点，通过分析其成员结构、发展历史和资助效益等，以期从演艺领域PPP模式构建角度为北京进一步建设世界文化城市提供一定的思路借鉴。
Public-Private Partnership（PPP）model has been widely favored because of its own superiority in the field of infrastructure construction.But in the realm of public culture，especially in the field of performing arts，discussion on this model is still very limited.Based on the concept and characteristics of PPP，this paper analyzes the structure，history and subsidy efficiency of the PPP model established between the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs and 33 major cultural institutions in New York，in order to provide some ideas for Beijing to be built as a worldwide cultural city.
