2017年以来，伴随着叙利亚政府在内战中不断取得优势，叙利亚政府的外交政策也趋于强硬。叙利亚政府不断以强硬姿态，表达要收复全部国土的愿望。一方面，叙利亚政府坚决要求西方国家和沙特阿拉伯、土耳其、以色列等地区国家停止干涉叙利亚内政，撤出叙利亚领土；另一方面，叙利亚政府与伊朗和俄罗斯的关系日益紧密，叙利亚、俄罗斯、伊朗三国关系也成为叙利亚外交政策中的重要核心。此外，叙利亚政府虽然积极参与国际社会推动下的和平进程，但是也持一定的保留态度。我国应当继续在叙利亚问题上发挥关键的建设性作用。
Syria government has achieved a series of military victories in Syria battlefield after 2017，and Syria government's foreign policy turned assertive. Syria government reiterates its determination to retake all the territory and defeat all the rebel groups in Syria. On the one hand，Syria government strongly condemned the intervention from US，Turkey，Saudi Arabia and Israel against Syria's independence and sovereignty，while on the other hand，Syria government highlights its friendship with Russia and Iran，and the Damascus-Tehran-Moscow ties have become the core for Syria foreign policy. In addition，Syria government has reservations over agreements reached in several international Syria peace mechanisms. Against this backdrop，it is necessary for China to continue its constructive role in Syria political and economic reconstruction process in the future.
