2017年，叙利亚持续七年的危机降温，叙政府军重掌战场主动权，“伊斯兰国”覆灭，和谈进程加快。随着局势逆转，“后危机时代”争夺加剧，美俄博弈由“暗斗”转向“明争”，域内大国角逐呈现新态势。叙利亚依然满目疮痍、经济百废待兴，人口结构发生显著变化，人道主义灾难持续。但是，总体上叙利亚经济渐进复苏。
Syria civil war witnessed significant transformations in 2017，including the Syrian government forces’ massive military assaults，the demise of ISIS，the fasten pace of negotiation process. In the “post-crisis” period of Syria civil war，US-Russia rivalry transformed from direct competition into indirect competition，while new round of contests emerged among regional powers. Although Syria suffers from both the economic disaster and the humanitarian crisis resulted from civil war，Syria economy is on its way of recovering.
