In 2017，Israel faced a more complicated international situation and geopolitical environment，and the threat of terrorism was on the rise. Nevertheless，its social governance went well，its political situation was stable，and its security situation remained under control. Specifically speaking，people’s livelihood index in Israel，such as employment rate，price，income level，educational benefits and other indicators showed good momentum；its national pride and happiness index ranked high in the world and its GDP growth rate reached 3.4%. Besides，its macroeconomic indicators and financial environment were favorable，and the vitality of its innovative economy continued. However，the “Jewish Nation-State Bill” had once again stirred Israeli politics and society；corruption scandals of Netanyahu underwent further fermentation，challenges from Iran，Palestine and Syria continued to grow，and Israel’s international image encountered more questions.
