Under the background of new economy，the central business district（CBD），as the most active area of innovation，actively promotes the integration and development of traditional industry and Internet technology，and the emerging industry is constantly emerging. This paper first analyzes four major emerging industries，such as cross-border e-commerce，Internet finance，cultural creativity and intelligent manufacturing，and their development status in China’s CBD. Then we look forward to the future development trend of these four emerging industries. Finally，it summarizes the realistic problems faced by these four emerging industries，and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
