Under the new situation of modern market economy development and global economic integration，the credit environment has received more and more attention from the whole society. It is more and more important to establish a good credit management system. China’s social credit system has been built more than half a century later than the West. In recent years，the state has paid more and more attention to the construction of social credit system，and has continuously introduced various policies. The ministries and localities have also carried out preliminary explorations of personal credit and corporate credit management in various industries and fields，and social credit construction has entered a fast lane of development. However，the construction of the credit system of the whole society is still in the exploration stage. Taking the construction of Beijing CBD credit system as an example，this paper introduces the innovative application of the government-led credit management model in the enterprise credit management branch of social credit management. In particular，the use of big data and Internet technologies to break down data barriers，explore data applications，build credit platforms，build credit mechanisms，and discover illegal fund-raising ventures explores a new direction for regional credit management，and is a typical innovative application case for the construction of regional credit system and the creation of a credible environment.
