楼宇经济作为我国社会经济发展到一定阶段的产物，具有一定的特殊性。近年来，楼宇经济及楼宇经济标准化的概念在国内先后出现，部分较发达的城市已在逐步探索“楼宇经济标准化”。通过梳理北京、成都、广州天河CBD的楼宇经济标准化进程，可总结出具有借鉴性的经验，包括完善楼宇等级建设标准、逐步确立楼宇建设规划、强化楼宇经济管理及服务、加强楼宇经济的现代化，以及降低楼宇运营成本等。
As a product of China’s social and economic development to a certain stage，the building economy has certain particularity. In recent years，the concept of building economy and standardization of building economy has appeared successively in China，and some of the more developed cities are gradually exploring the “standardization of building economy”. Through sorting out the process of standardization of building economy in Beijing，Chengdu and Guangzhou Tianhe CBD，the experience of reference can be summed up，that is，to improve the standard of building grade construction，to establish the building construction plans gradually，to strengthen the economic management and service of buildings，to strengthen the modernization of building economy，and to reduce the cost of building operation and so on.
