随着经济全球化的发展,楼宇经济在国内外已成为衡量城市经济发展水平的重要标志。中央商务区是区域经济的集中体现,楼宇经济则是中央商务区的显著特征,二者集聚水平都很高,都具有极强的辐射带动力。本文通过分析对比国内外主要城市CBD楼宇经济的经验做法,把握其内在运行规律,并结合广州天河CBD楼宇经济发展现状,总结出发展楼宇经济的体制机制,为更好地发展城市CBD楼宇经济提供经验参考。
Due to the growing trend of global economic integration,skyscraper economy has become a significant indicator to measure the level of urban economic development. With CBDs(central business districts)epitomizing regional economy and skyscraper economy being a distinctive feature of CBDs,both CBDs and skyscraper economy present an outstanding ability at gathering enterprise headquarters and providing the driving force for economic growth for the region. Through comparing and analyzing the experience of major CBDs in Chinese and non-Chinese cities,this dissertation examines the intrinsic operating mechanism behind skyscraper economy. It also looks at the current development of the Tianhe CBD,aiming at providing useful reference to better develop skyscraper economy.
