从2016年诞生至今，法国共和国前进党用了不到三年的时间就取得了令人瞩目的政治成就：候选人马克龙当选法国总统；在国民议会取得绝对多数席位；一系列政治改革措施接连推出。从领袖的形象到组成议会议员的社会背景，这个年轻的政党无一不带给人耳目一新的感觉。那么这一新政党是如何横空出世的？它的出现到底是一个新兴政党的崛起还是法国传统政治力量的重组呢？本文就此问题对法国共和国前进党的组建历程、成员结构和纲领政策等方面逐一进行了分析。
Created in 2016，the French Political Party LREM has achieved great political achievements in only less than two years：the party leader Macron elected French President，an absolute majority obtained in National Assembly，and a series of political reform measures launched. On numerous fronts，from the image of the leader to the social background of the members of Parliament，this young political party always brings people a refreshing feeling. So how did this new political movement came into being？Are we eye-witnessing the emergence of a new political party or the reshuffle of traditional political forces？In this paper，we analyze the formation process，the membership structure and the political program of the newly elected French Progressive Party.
