被需值教育是根据社会需要和职业教育特点而展开的一种旨在提升学生被需要素养的全新教育理念。本文试图从理论和实践两个方面,从被需主体、被需内容、被需方法三个维度,从课程教学和校园文化建设两个层面研究并探索被需值教育的理论价值和实践意义;提出构建以学生与需求为导向的课程体系,以效果与问题为导向的教学体系,以及以被需值教育为内在核心、以氛围和节奏为外在表现的校园文化建设的基本思路;用探索经验阐明课程教学体系以及由校园草木景观、师生言行举止和思想认同及学校治理等构成的校园文化建设在被需值教育中的重要作用。
The “Being Needed” education,a new education concept aimed at improving students’ needs,is carried out according to social needs and the characteristics of vocational education. With course teaching and the construction of campus culture as its theoretical frameworks,this thesis probes into the theoretical value and practical significance of the “Being Needed” education from the perspectives of its subject,content and method. With the “Being Needed” education as the inner core,this paper proposes a curriculum system based on students and needs,and a teaching system based on effects and problems. Campus culture construction is composed of campus herb landscape,the teachers and students’ behaviors and the thought identification and school governance,etc. Essentially,this thesis attempts to expound the significance of the course education system and the construction of campus culture in the “Being Needed” education with the help of the experience.
