澳门政府近年来推出不同的青年创业扶持政策，通过政策、资金或资源上的支持，鼓励澳门青年人发挥创意，利用团队内不同人的技能及专长，把想法及理念实行，成就创业梦。各类青年创业扶持政策获得各方响应，除了帮助青年人发展理想的事业外，还能促进澳门产业适度多元化。本文对目前澳门各种不同青年创业扶持政策进行分类，同时概述并列举其中较重要的各项政策，并进一步讨论未来创业政策扶持的可能方向。
The Macau government has introduced various youth entrepreneurship support policies in recent years. Through policy，capital and resource support，young people in Macau are encouraged to be creative and to take advantage of policies to carry out their ideas and to achieve entrepreneurial goals. In addition to assisting young people to develop their ideal careers，all kinds of youth entrepreneurship support policies can also help to assist Macau’s moderate economic diversification. This article classifies various youth entrepreneurship support policies in Macau and summaries some major existing projects. The possible further development of youth entrepreneurship support policies in Macau is also discussed.
