The gaming industry is the core of Macau economy. The cultivation and development of non-gaming elements of Macau gaming companies would be the sign of relative diversification of Macau economy. This article reviews the history and current status of development of non-gaming elements in Macau，analyses the challenges and opportunities of non-gaming elements development，and provides some suggestions on the future development of non-gaming elements of Macau gaming companies.
