2017年至2018年初，越南结合其国内经济社会发展情况和对外交流与合作形势，在越共“十二大”政治报告既定的顶层设计中，主动推进其文化发展，对内以文化推进各民族团结与经济社会发展良性互动，对外与国家外交战略相互配合，取得了一定的成绩。
In the year of 2017 down to early 2018，Vietnamese Communist Party has taken internal social economic development and external exchanges and cooperation into consideration in designing its culture development. According to the established top-level design in the 12th National Political Report of the Communist Party of Vietnam ，the party has taken initiative in promoting Vietnamese culture development，so as to promote unity of multiple ethnicities，to establish positive interaction between economic and social developments，and to jointly function with external diplomatic strategy. The 2017 Vietnamese culture has obtained several achievements.
