Rural revitalization，set by the Central as a national strategy，will deeply remold the urban-rural relations and development. The strategy focuses on modernization of industry and agiculture，and coordination of urbanization on different levels，promoting and streamlining the elements flow. Some rural areas in Jiangsu encounter development difficulties，such as limited land rights，small-scale farming，imperfect and fiscal arrangement. This paper comes up with several suggestions for rural revitalizaton：first，integrating development of different industries to increase famers’ revenues；second，proceeding the revitalization step by step；third，making metropolis as development engines；fourth，encouraging startups in rural areas and cultivating new farmers；fifth，perfecting land laws and protecting farmers’ property rights；sixth，carefully planing the revitalization with proper institutions and mechanisms；finally，rebuilding community culture to breed endogenous stimulus.
