人口老龄化已成为全社会关注的焦点，江苏省是全国较早进入老龄化社会的省份之一，比全国平均早13年进入老龄化社会。本文主要是在对江苏省人口老龄化现状、发展的趋势及新特点进行分析的基础上，提出要科学地、清醒地认识人口老龄化给我们未来发展带来风险的严峻性、紧迫性和长期性，最后对如何应对人口老龄化提出具体对策建议。
The aged tendency of population has already been the social focus，and Jiangsu province is one of the earlier which are faced with aging population. This paper is proposed to scientifically analyze the future risks accompanied with aging population which is based on its status quo，new trend as well as new characteristics，and suggest some solutions dealing with the aging population in Jiangsu province.
