People’s livelihood is the most practical and important cause of the people. After reform and opening up of nearly 40 years of unremitting efforts and hard work，the cause of the people’s livelihood in our province has entered a new historical position：building a new pattern of “the more solid people’s life” cause；building higher level of people’s livelihood；embarking on a new journey towards the development of a moderately developed country. “Imbalance” and “insufficient” are the main constraints which “meet the growing needs of the people” in the area of livelihood. According to the report the new requirements of the 19^th congress of CCP，combining with the new orientation of Jiangsu，the construction of “more balanced and more fully” enterprise is the inevitable choice of modern enterprise：firstly we should follow the overall arrangements for the party central committee，scientific deployment of the development of the enterprises in our province “two stage” goals. Secondly，we should focus on the medium-term goals and develop a roadmap and timetable of the development. Thirdly，we should build a moderately prosperous society in all respects and build a cause of people’s livelihood that is “more prosperous for the people”. Fourthly，we should overcome the main contradiction between “unbalanced” and “insufficient”. At last，we should adhere to the people-centered concept of development and push people’s livelihood to a new stage.
