本报告分析了广州青年对党的十九大报告的看法和期待，以及他们目前最迫切的需求。研究发现，广州青年关注党的十九大，政治参与积极向上；关注党的十九大的方式多元，对党的十九大后国家发展前景充满信心；重视住房、教育、就业等问题，向往“收入增长和经济发展同步”的“美好生活”。同时还发现，广州青年存在“住房难”“创业难”等问题；广州志愿服务制度化建设任重道远；群团组织存在形式主义严重等问题。最后，本文在实证调查的基础上，结合目前工作实际，提出了更好地服务青年、满足青年需求的具体措施。
This report analyzes the views and expectations of young people in Guangzhou on the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China（CPC） and their most pressing needs at present. The study finds that young people in Guangzhou are concerned about the 19th National Congress and their political participation is positive. They are full of confidence in the development prospects of the post-19th National People's Congress. They attach attention to such issues as housing， education and employment； they are looking forward to the “good life” as “income growth and economic development simultaneously”. At the same time， it was also found that young people in Guangzhou had such problems as “hardship of housing” and “difficult start-up”. There was still a long way to go in institutionalization of voluntary service in Guangzhou. There were serious problems of formalism in mass organizations. Finally， on the basis of empirical investigation， combined with the actual work， this paper puts forward specific measures to better serve the youth and meet the needs of young people.
