本文在分析广州工业“去产能”“降成本”“补短板”推进情况的基础上，从优化工业供给侧结构性改革的角度，以广州工业供给发展要素作为切入点，通过Entropy法，与包括北京、上海在内的其他7个主要工业城市，进行劳动力、资本、土地资源、能源消耗、创新投入和资源效率六大工业供给发展要素对比，找出广州工业供给侧结构性改革继续深入推进所需要素的优劣势，结合广州工业发展的实际，提出完善广州供给侧结构性改革路径的参考建议。
On the basis of the process of outdated elimination，cost reduction and innovation promotion and from the perspective of optimizing the supply-side structural reform，the paper took the elements of Guangzhou's industrial supply as the breakthrough point.With the Entropy method，Guangzhou compared to 7 other major industrial cities including Beijing and Shanghai in labor，capital，land resource，energy consumption，innovation investment and resource efficiency.The advantages and disadvantages of the elements required in the process of supply-side structural reform pushing forward in Guangzhou was identified.Then，some suggestions to improve the path of the supply-side structural reform in Guangzhou is proposed，combining the reality of the industrial development of Guangzhou.
