本报告梳理了镇江西津渡历史文化街区保护与建设历程，分享了西津渡经验做法：文化领航、精工细作、规划领先、主体建设、产业培植，并从文化挖掘、规划先行、打造精品、活化利用等方面提出改进的对策建议。
This report reviews the process and main experience of Xijin ferry historical and cultural blocks' protection and construction. It then analyzes the gaps and deficiencies in Guangzhou，and put forward some policy suggestions from the culture development，planning，quality，and activation.
