In 2017，relations between the major countries and Africa had been characterized differently and developed in a stable manner. The Trump's administration of US has an incipient policy towards Africa，which mainly focuses on counter terrorism operations in Africa；the AU-EU Summit meeting in 2017 marks the turning point of dialogue and cooperation between the two continents from those between African countries and EU to those between the two regional groups；the France-Africa and UK-Africa relations have showed their development；Japan and India showed their geo-strategic considerations in developing their relations with Africa，symbolized by launching the “Free and Open Indo-Pacific Strategy”and “Asian-African Growth Corridor”；Partnership was launched between G20 and Africa；the major countries have proceeded in trade and investment cooperation with Africa，but not obviously overall.
