2011年爆发的“阿拉伯之春”使中东地区陷入了一场集体性危机。中东未来向何处去，成为世界所共同关注的“中东之问”。要从根本上解决“中东之问”，需要找准中东战略格局结构性失衡的“病灶”，从阿拉伯世界内部、地区国家之间与大国在地区的影响力三个层面入手，有条理、分步骤地展开行动。中国的“一带一路”倡议以坚持共商、共建、共享为原则，将为解决“中东之问”贡献中国的智慧，发挥建设性的作用。
The Arab Spring which erupted in 2011 plunged the Middle East into a collective crisis. Where the Middle East will go in the future has became the question asked globally. To fundamentally solve the crisis of the Middle East，imbalance of the strategic pattern in the Middle East should be fairly understood，step-by-step measures should be seriously taken at three levels to rebalance the power structure in the Middle East：the inner Arab relations，relations between the five main countries in the region and the influences of great powers over the region. In this context，China’s Belt and Road Initiative plays a constructive role in the principle of non-interference，industrialization and diversification，providing a China’s vision in solving the “Middle East Quest”.
