本报告拟对巴西的绿色文化进行分析，从印第安土著人重视自然的有序利用，到欧洲移民抵达后的掠夺式开发，再到巴西民族意识逐步觉醒，对于自然的态度随着时间的不同而发生变动，考察绿色文化在巴西的历史渊源。历史传承、荣誉感和民族意识，成为国际社会影响之外的重要原因，由此巴西绿色文化重获新生并取得快速发展。巴西在环境保护和治理方面实现了创新，并在环境保护方面呈现出不同的理念。中国和巴西间的合作可以在民心相通、彼此了解的基础上，不断得到深化。
This article intends to analyze Brazilian green culture. The emphasis on orderly usage of nature by the indigenous Indians，the predatory exploitation after the arrival of European immigrants，and the gradual awakening of Brazilian national consciousness，local people's attitudes towards nature have changed with the passing of time，therefore，we would like to study the historical origin of the green culture in Brazil. It could be seen that，besides the influence of the international community，the historical inheritance，the sense of honor and the national consciousness have become the important factors of the rebirth and the rapid development of Brazilian green culture. Brazil has realized innovation in environmental protection and its governance，and has presented different ideas in environmental protection. Thus，the cooperation between China and Brazil could be deepened continuously according to people-to-people bond and mutual understanding
