粤港澳大湾区城市群包括广东省的广州、深圳、东莞、珠海等九个市及香港、澳门，与世界上著名的大湾区都可以比肩。其发展目标是努力将大湾区建设成为更具活力的经济区、宜居宜业宜游的优质生活圈和内地与港澳深度合作的示范区，携手打造国际一流湾区和世界级城市群。港澳特区要深化与内地省市交流合作，积极参与国家“一带一路”建设，并在“引进来”和“走出去”的全球经济发展布局中，发挥自身所长，融入国家发展大局。通过大湾区的建设，借助规划区内商业航空服务、通用航空和机场服务类别之民航产业发展，提升三地互联互通与易达性，以及开发新的旅游产品，以吸引更多区内及第三方访客在大湾区内流动。这有利于参与国际市场的货物及包括民航、旅游等在内的服务贸易竞争，并有利于吸引国际资金和人才落户。
Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Bay Area include nine cities in Guangdong Province plus Hong Kong and Macau SAR. The goal of the cooperation is to make Guangdong，Hong Kong，and Macau into a more dynamic economic zone，a quality area suitable for living and working，and a demonstration zone for in-depth cooperation between Mainland，Hong Kong and Macau. Hong Kong and Macau SAR should deepen cooperation with cities in Mainland，actively participate in the construction of the “Belt and Road”，and both inflow & outflow of capital and investment. They should use their own strengths to integrate into the overall development of the country. This paper studies the development plan of civil aviation in the Bay Area. Via improve accessibility and develop new tourism products can generate more flow of visitors into the area，it can also assist to facilitate trade of goods & services ability and attract more FDI，as well as talent for this Bay Area to join international market competition.
