仅仅11年间，澳门各综合度假村内的购物中心从零开始发展，业已成为澳门零售市场的龙头之一，同时在全球奢侈品市场亦有着举足轻重的影响力。虽然零售业务所占比重还不到综合度假村博彩收益的一成，但与拉斯维加斯相比毫不逊色，零售市值大约等同。本报告回顾澳门零售业五个阶段的发展历程，检视澳门零售业现今的市场情况及于澳门经济体系整体的定位，分析此横空出世的细分市场的营运情况和一些问题，讨论《澳门旅游业发展总体规划》所提出的具体行动计划与综合度假村购物中心今后的发展路径的异同，并对综合度假村购物中心的未来发展提出若干改善性建议。
Dating back to the year 2006，shopping centers of integrated resorts（SCIRs）were new kid on the block in the retail industries in Macau. Nowadays，SCIRs are not merely the driver of the retail industries in Macau，turnover of SCIRs in Macau exceed their counterparts in Las Vegas and also impose a great influence in the global luxury goods market. This paper reviews historical development of the retail industries in Macau；examines the current market situation of the retail industry in Macau；and analyses the operational issues of this market segment. The Macau Government Tourism Office published the “Macau Tourism Industry Development Master Plan” in 2017，and action plans of the Master Plan related to the SCIRs will be scrutinized. In concluding the paper，the author suggests several recommendations for future development of SCIRs in Macau.
