本文总结了上海合作组织自2001年成立以来区域经济合作在法制与机制建设、经济发展、贸易、投资以及贸易投资便利化等领域取得的巨大成就，同时也全面深入分析了上海合作组织区域经济合作存在的障碍，提出未来区域经济合作将迎来机遇期。在此背景下，上海合作组织应克服内外部不利因素的消极影响，充分利用各种有利条件，推动区域经济合作持续稳定发展。
This article summarizes the great achievements in the field of legal system and mechanism construction，economic development，trade，investment and trade and investment facilitation made by SCO since its establishment in 2001，and analyzes the obstacles in the regional economic cooperation of the SCO. It is suggested that the regional economic cooperation will usher in an opportunity period in the future. Against this background，the SCO should overcome the negative effects of internal and external disadvantages and make full use of various favorable conditions to promote sustained and stable development of regional economic cooperation.
