在全球经济回暖、国际市场需求总体回升、中国经济稳中有进的向好态势持续发展的基本面影响下，2017年广东进出口贸易出现较快的恢复性增长。以人民币计算，2017年全年货物进出口总额6.82万亿元，比上年增长8.0%。其中，出口4.22万亿元，比上年增长6.7%。以美元计算，2017年进出口总额10065亿美元，比上年增长5.4%。其中，出口6227亿美元，比上年增长4.0%。2017年广东省的出口增速与进口增速均转为正增长，进口增速大于出口增速；一般贸易额及增速再次超过加工贸易额及增速；私营企业贸易额逼近三资企业的贸易额，私营企业的贸易增速远快于三资企业的贸易增速。除对中国香港地区出口继续下降外，对其他主要出口市场均恢复增长。本报告认为，2018年全球经济虽然会继续复苏，但由于广东货物贸易结构还需要较长时间的调整，出口仍承受下行压力，同上年相比出口额增长率可能为-5%；以人民币计算，出口增速的最大可能在-5%～0；上半年增速可能以负为主，下半年增速可能以正为主。此外，2018年广东外贸发展面临的不确定因素增多，逆全球化趋势引发的贸易保护主义可能对广东外贸出口进一步造成冲击，因此2018年广东外经贸形势波动较大。
The foreign trade of Guangdong achieved a relatively rapid recovery growth in 2017，influenced by international economic recovery，market demand increase，and China's stabilizing and progressing economy.In 2017，the total import and export value of Guangdong reached 6.82 trillion yuan，with an increase of 8.0%，among which the export was 4220 yuan，with an increase of 6.7%.In dollar terms，the total import and export trade value of Guangdong reached 1006.5 billion USD，with an increase of5.4%，among which the export was 622.7 billion USD，with an increase of 4.0%.In 2017，both the export and the import value of Guangdong returned to positive growth，and the growth rate of import exceeded the export's.To be specific，general trade outperformed processing trade in both value and growth rate once again.Likewise，private enterprise trade value approached to foreign-funded enterprise trade value，and the former's growth rate was rather higher.Additionally，major export markets of Guangdong returned to growth，with an exception of Hongkong.Despite international economy has and will continue to recover，the report argues that the export of Guangdong will still be under pressure due to its long adjustment period of trade structure.Next year the export growth rate of Guangdong is predicted between -5% to 0 in RMB terms.Monthly rate could mostly be negative in the first half and positive in the second half.Besides，Guangdong will face more uncertainties in 2018，and trade protectionism derived from deglobalization may trigger further impact on the export of Guangdong.Thus，Guangdong foreign trade situation could be unstable in the next year.
