This report focuses on the new trend of cities development in the International Innovation Center. It studied five cities such as Silicon Valley，USA，Austin，USA，Tel Aviv，Israel，Baden-Württemberg，Germany，and Tokyo，Japan. And grasp the development trend of the international mass entrepreneurship and innovation from the three dimensions of the present situation of scientific and technological development，research and innovation，and integration of regional development.
