2017年俄罗斯经济企稳回升，实现小幅增长，其中农业增长和农产品贸易增长成为俄罗斯经济增长的一大亮点，粮食丰收和出口均创历史新高。俄罗斯农业良好的发展局面为提振俄罗斯经济发挥了十分重要的作用。本文详细阐述2017年俄罗斯农业发展的总体形势，梳理2017年俄罗斯政府在促进农业长期稳定发展方面采取的主要措施，包括俄罗斯新出台的《2017～2025年俄罗斯农业发展科技规划》，最后简要分析俄罗斯农业发展的潜力和中俄农业合作的前景。
The economy of Russia in 2017 has achieved a modest increase，in which the agriculture and related trade became a highlight. Both grain output and export were all-time high. In the economic development，the good performance of agriculture also played an important role. This paper reviews the general situation of Russian agriculture in 2017，conclude the agricultural policies of Russian government，including the scientific plan of Russian agricultural development in 2017-2025. And analyzes the potential of Russian agriculture and prospect for the agricultural cooperation between China and Russia
