中国对“一带一路”沿线国家投资热度不减，本文针对旅游行业领域进行专项研究，从中国对外旅游投资发展历程、“一带一路”沿线国家旅游投资机遇、安全、风险等角度进行综合研判分析，选取中国国旅股份有限公司、明斯克北京饭店两个对外旅游投资企业和项目作为典型案例，在此基础上为中国企业在“一带一路”沿线国家进行旅游投资，提出具体重点投资的国家区域、城市地区、行业领域以及主要投资路径和方式的建议。
With the background of China’s continuous invest in the nations alongside “The Belt and Road”，the paper conducts a specific research on tourism industry area. It comprehensively analyses the Chinese foreign investment development of tourism，the tourism investment opportunities，safety and risk the nations along the Belt and Road，then selects CITS（China International Travel Service）co.，LTD. and Minsk Beijing hotel these two foreign investment enterprises as typical cases. And on this basis，it presents relative advice for Chinese enterprises’ tourism investment in the countries along The Belt and Road：key investment areas，urban areas，industries areas，the way and the main path of investment.
