系统阐述“一带一路”投资安全的现状与重要战略问题，科学评价可能面临的机遇与风险，是国家深化全方位对外开放，妥善应对外部环境变化的重要举措；国家一带一路数据分析与决策支持北京市重点实验室通过建立投资安全分析模型，以“投资安全指数”作为指标衡量目标区域的投资风险，并对宏观经济稳定、债务风险、城市化率、产能合作等领域进行综合分析与比较。
This report systematically elaborates on the status quo and significant strategic issues of the B&R Initiative Investment safety and security，scientifically evaluates potential opportunities and risks，which provides important suggestions for China’s deepening all-around opening-up and properly coping with external environment changes. By means of establishing the investment safety and security analysis model and using the “investment safety and security index” as an indicator to measure investment risks in targeting fields and areas，this report has made comprehensive analyses and comparisons in fields of macroeconomic stability，debt risks，urbanization rate and capacity cooperation.
