Especially，the comprehensive incremental competitive power is so prominent that it is at the top of the list.However，on the contrary，the ranking of sustainable competitive power is at the end of the index system. The competitive powers of culture and information are promoted to the medium level.But the competitive powers of knowledge and harmony are still at the bottom level.The work of urban construction is still arduous.
