随着未来国际金融监管标准对各国金融立法和金融监管影响力的不断提升，积极深度地参与国际金融监管标准的制定，对于一个国家的金融稳定和公共外交来说至关重要。从历史发展来看，我国对国际金融监管标准制定的参与度不高。笔者一方面统计目前在众多国际金融监管标准制定机构中担任高级领导职务的领导人的国籍，另一方面对比中国与其他国家参与制定金融监管国际标准文件数，论证了我国对国际金融监管标准制定的影响力明显不足。基于此种现状，为了进行更具主动性、全面性和深度性的有组织的安排，笔者提出了四点有针对性的建议或措施，以期提升我国对国际金融监管标准制定的影响力。
With the continually upgrade influence of the coming international financial regulation standards on financial legislation and financial regulation of each country，it is vital for a country to join in the proceed of instituting international financial regulation standards initiatively and profoundly.According to the development history，we can see that China had have a low participation in the institution of international financial regulation standards.The author argues the above statement in the following content.The author，on the one hand，lists the nationality of leaders who are currently in charge of instituting international financial regulation standards in major international financial regulation organizations；on the other hand，compares China with other countries on the quantity of instituting international financial regulation standards each country had participated.Therefore，in order to organize arrangement more initiatively and profoundly，the author makes four direct suggestions or measures to expect to change the status quo and rise the significance of China to the institution of international financial regulation standards.
