实验教育在台湾

2014年中国台湾地区通过“实验教育三法”,不但让台湾在实验教育法规与政策的进步程度上领先于亚洲各地,也使得近两年台湾实验教育的发展呈现“大爆发”状态。本文述说了20世纪80年代以来台湾实验教育的发展历程,描绘了目前台湾实验教育的内涵及各种类型,如华德福教育、蒙特梭利教育、东方文化创新教育、专项技艺教育等等。未来台湾实验教育的蓬勃发展需要进一步修订法规;完善审议制度以提高法规执行的能力与质量;创造或增进方便自学者取得学习资源的机制,大力培养具有实验教育观点与能力的师资,加强实验学校之间的经验交流与相互支持等以提升内部质量。

Abstract

The passage of three laws on experimental education in Taiwan in 2014 not only enabled the region to take the lead in experimental education legislation in Asia,but has also led to a boom in the development of experimental education in Taiwan during the past two years. This article traces the development of experimental education in Taiwan since the 1980s,and depicts the different streams of experimental education currently in place in Taiwan,including the Waldorf education,the Montessori method of education,education focused on Eastern culture,and vocational skills education. The article also proposes suggestions for further development of experimental education in Taiwan in the future: to further amend the laws; to improve the law deliberation system so as to increase the capability and quality of law enforcement; to create and improve the mechanism for homeschoolers to have access to more learning resources; to train more teachers with experimental education ideas and abilities; to increase exchange of experience and mutual support among experimental schools for the purpose of school improvement.
