1995～2015年20年间，我国教育总经费增长了20倍，占GDP的比例由3。1%提高到5。2%，有力地保障了我国教育事业的发展。然而，在政府教育投入继续维持较高增速的情况下，多渠道教育投入的增速大幅度下滑。在我国财政教育投入增长空间有限的情况下，应深化教育筹资体制改革，调动政府、企业和个人等多方面的积极性，拓宽教育经费的来源渠道，为教育现代化的实现提供充足物质基础。
In the two decades from 1995 to 2015，the total amount of investment in education in China increased by 20 times，from 3.1% to 5.2% of GDP.The investment in education effectively guaranteed the development of education in China.However，with the government investment in education continuing to maintain a relatively high growth rate，the increase rate of investment in education from multi-channel dropped drastically.Under the limited space for government investment in education，the reform of education financing system should be deepened by mobilizing the enthusiasm of governments，enterprises and individuals and broadening the sources of education funding，to provide adequate material basis for the realization of educational modernization.
