Iran is a important neighbor of Afghanistan，is an important force of the Afghan post-war reconstruction，the two countries in such aspects as economy，security and politics has very close relation.In January 2016，the international community has lift sanctions on Iran，added new variables for cooperation between Iran and Afghanistan.This paper mainly investigates cooperation relations between Iran and Afghanistan in the aspect of economy and trade in 2016，and analyses the two sides on refugees，drug control，and its influence on domestic politics，as well as the two sides on the issue of water dispute resolution.
