2017年中国新疆与中亚国家的次区域合作取得新的成绩。在基础设施领域，新疆加快基础设施建设的举措为双方合作提供了新的机遇；在经济贸易领域，双方克服各种不利因素，取得较好的合作成果；在金融领域，经常项目人民币跨境收付业务稳步增长；在人文领域，双方合作多点展开，亮点纷呈。2017年的合作成果为拓展合作平台和空间提供了可能。憧憬美好合作未来，依然要看到前进道路上的难题。双方的合作有待不断披荆斩棘，逐步深化。
In 2017，new achievements have been made in the sub-regional cooperation between Xinjiang and Central Asian countries.In terms of infrastructure，the acceleration of Xinjiang's infrastructure construction has provided new opportunities for bilateral cooperation.In the economy and trade sector，the two sides have overcome various disadvantages and achieved better cooperation results.In the financial sector，the regular project of RMB cross-border payment is growing steadily.With regard to the cultural exchanges，the cooperation between the two sides has been expanded with many bright spots.Under the cooperation achievements in 2017，it is possible for Xinjiang and Central Asian countries to develop new cooperation platforms and space.Looking forward to the brilliant future，we still find some difficulties ahead.The cooperation between the two sides needs to continue and deepen.
