作为传统的海洋大国，挪威有着深厚的历史沉淀。挪威当局一直很重视海洋经济的发展，并长期致力于其海洋产业竞争力的提升。本报告结合相关数据，对挪威海洋经济的发展现状、主导产业发展状况进行分析，并对其海洋经济的发展形势进行了合理的展望。本报告认为挪威政府应保住海上油气产业的经济支柱地位，同时适度抑制在油气开采领域的过热投资。
As a traditional ocean power， Norway has a deep historical precipitation， the Norwegian authorities have been very much attention to the development of marine economy， and long-term commitment to enhance the competitiveness of its marine industry. Based on the relevant data， this paper analyzes the status quo of the development of marine economy in Norway and the development of leading industries， and makes a reasonable prospect for the development of its marine economy.The text holds： The Norwegian government should maintain the economic pillar of the offshore oil and gas industry while moderately suppressing overheated investments in oil and gas exploration.
