运用灰色关联等多种量化方法对海洋经济景气指标进行了分类，然后构建了基于多变量动态Markov转移因子的中国海洋经济景气指数模型用以测算中国海洋经济景气指数，进而对未来我国海洋经济景气形势进行分析，最后运用VAR模型对中国海洋经济景气与宏观经济景气进行关联分析，并对未来海洋经济景气发展提出展望。2014～2015年，中国海洋经济景气指数处于上升态势，也就是处于扩张阶段。顺应周期，就可以把握海洋经济发展的历史机遇，取得历史性的成果。
To analyse the Marine economy of our country， this paper uses grey correlation methods such to classify Marine economic sentiment index， constructed China's Marine economic sentiment index model based on the multivariable dynamic Markov transfer factor. We can use this model to measure the Chinese Marine economic climate index for future Marine economic sentiment in China， then using the empirical model of Marine economy make correlation analysis， At last， put forward development outlook in the future.
