Under the guidance of the Belt and Road Initiative，Iran and China are experiencing an important period of strategic opportunities for development. The author analyzes the prospect of bilateral cooperation between Iran and China in infrastructure construction，energy and regional cooperation，and advocates that both sides should seize the opportunity to jointly create a win-win situation.
