根据内蒙古高等院校毕业生就业指导中心及各高校2014年度和2015年度毕业生就业质量报告公布的数据，2015年高校少数民族毕业生就业率整体较高，但是相比汉族或其他少数民族毕业生就业率，蒙古语授课毕业生就业率不高。其原因有社会因素，也有蒙古语授课学生自身问题。对此，自治区政府不断出台就业政策或指导建议，促进蒙古语授课毕业生的就业。
According to statistics from University Graduate Employment Quality Report （2014，2015） issued by the Inner Mongolia University Graduate Employment Guidance Centre and data provided by universities，the employment rate of ethnic minority graduates in 2015 was relatively high.However，when compared with the employment rate of Han Chinese graduates or other ethnic minority graduates，the employment rate of Mongolian graduates was low，mostly due to social and personal factors.Regarding this situation，the government of Inner Mongolia has issued some employment policies and provided some suggestions to drive employment for Mongolian graduates.
