本文系统地梳理了互联网治理的内涵，详细地分析了互联网治理特征与政府公信力的内在联系。结合首都互联网治理的实践与挑战，提出了政府公信力建构背景下的首都互联网治理路径：逐步完善互联网治理的法治化、机制化；推动治理主体的联系网络化，统筹治理体系进一步理顺体制机制；加强互联网意识形态建设，营造良好的网络舆论环境。
This paper systematically analyzes the connotation of Internet governance，and internal relationship between Internet governance and government credibility. Based on the practice and challenge of the Capital Internet governance，this paper puts forward the governance path of government credibility construction：gradually improving the institutionalization of the Internet governance；promoting the governance of the institutional mechanisms；strengthening the construction of the Internet ideology；creating a good Internet public opinion environment.
